Cancellation and Refund policy

By placing an order through the Mimers website, you are agreeing to the terms below. We have established these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return procedures.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you'd like to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has not been shipped yet, you are eligible for cancellation and a full refund. If your order has already been fulfilled and a tracking number has been provided, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order.

7-DAY REFUND POLICY
We offer a 7-day refund policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund. Due to our warehouse being located overseas, we can only offer refunds or resends for damaged or incorrect products.

Refund requests for orders received after 7 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer an exchange or refund unless the items were sent incorrectly.

Additionally, we do not provide refunds if the reason for the return is that your cat(s) don’t like our products. Each cat has its own unique personality, and it is beyond our control whether your cat likes or dislikes our products. We hope you understand!

DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS, OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@mimers.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to make it right.

RESENDING POLICY
We only resend products that are damaged, the wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need us to resend an item, please contact us at contact@mimersforcats.com.

RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee for resending or refunding products.
